Beautiful Disaster is an online apparel brand that sells inspirational clothing. The target audience consists of women ages 18-45 who want to feel confident and empowered despite the challenges they have encountered in life.
The Challenge
The company wanted to promote its warehouse sale to clear out old inventory before releasing new styles.
The Solution
I created an SMS campaign and sent it to VIP customers (those who purchased 5 or more times in the last year) to encourage them to shop the sale. The SMS had a click rate of 15.3%, a conversion rate of 13.0%, and it generated $33,546 in sales.
